Here we have an interesting collage of colors and shapes.  The more I look at it, the more confusing it seems. I see a large wood pile on top of which there are many houses and birds. The colors are friendly and express a sense of joy and happiness, which is echoed by the one bird singing and the beauty of the peacock. There is also a sense of responsibility as portrayed by the "wise old owl" perched on the right. Directly under this symbol of wisdom, we see a glimps of machinery in the form of a gear or saw blade.

On top of the peacocks tail feathers we can clearly see what resembles a hand mirror, possibly indicating that we should not only look at the birds beauty, but also look upon ourselves.
